February 22th: " The organization of the RunBikeRun had created a special opportunity for the younger children to participate with an adult in this RunBikeRun. Natasja Ordelman : "Curacao has many sportive children  so we liked to admit a special class. The children had to run the latter 2.5 kilometers  after (usually) their father or mother has already ran 5 km and cycled 20 km. The enthusiasm with which children run is contagious. "This category was won by father and son Van der Horst. Son Jules, only 8 years, was in full sprint to Jaap Smit (WannaBike) to continue. Jaap was with his father Loek second. Third place was for "the Sjorsen": father George and son George Bergmann (also WannaBike)."
